OUR STORY
Our mission is to create the most inspirational and unique fitness experience in the industry. Located in downtown Evansville since 2016,our stylish facility, knowledgeable staff and ever-changing programming will keep you engaged and motivated. All of our programming is guided. We’ll handle the workout planning for you. Just show up ready to train and we will coach you through every step.
If you’re a beginner, somewhat inexperienced on exercise techniques and/or don’t know how to design an exercise progam, Hard HIIT is the best gym for you!
We will work with you to perfect your technique, explain why we’re doing it, and modify an exercise on the spot if it’s not for you. We do this every class or training session – not just in a few orientation sessions.
